Italy sketched

This series of cards was commissioned by the wife of a faculty member at Syracuse who was stationed in Florence at the same time we were in 2007. Having been there for four years, she was looking to capture some of her favorite sites in an intimate and personal way that reflected her adoration for her adopted city, Firenze. The following is the result of her patronage.
